Meet Your Future Baltimore County Sheriff: A Vision for Law and Safety
First, I offer praise to Elohim, the Most High, for this divine opportunity to serve the citizens of Baltimore County. I also extend my gratitude to my wife of 26 years and our seven children for their support of this campaign. Together, we are committed to building a safer, more equitable future for every neighborhood across our great county.
From the Community, For the Community
   As a retired Baltimore City police officer with 32 years of service, I bring extensive law enforcement experience to this race. During my career, I was honored with the Bronze Star for Valor, along with numerous unit citations for excellence. I hold a bachelor’s degree in government and public policy from the University of Baltimore and studied criminal justice at Stevenson University—pursuits that reinforced my commitment to public service leadership. Beyond my police work, I launched a successful local cleaning firm, managing complex contracts and operations for major companies like Whiting-Turner. Following an injury in the line of duty, I returned to service as a specialized contractor, continuing my lifelong dedication to protecting the public and supporting the region I call home.
   Today, I serve within the Criminal Intelligence Section as an investigator for the CitiWatch program. I work with detectives and federal agencies to analyze digital evidence, identify suspects, and build solid cases for prosecution. Matthew 7:24-27 teaches us that a house built on sand will fall, but one built on rock stands firm. My own foundation is rooted in the eternal word of Yah. Elect me to be that solid foundation as your Sheriff, and together we will build a safer Baltimore County on a rock of integrity.

After over three decades in law enforcement, I know that my experience can create positive change in Baltimore County. Throughout my career, I have learned that true safety requires more than just patrol; it demands transparent communication, professional accountability, and genuine relationships with our citizens.

I have spent my life collaborating with residents and business owners alike. I am ready to bring that collaborative spirit to the Baltimore County Sheriff’s Office.Â
Our county deserves a leader who leads from the front, listens to concerns, and takes full responsibility for public safety.

Frankly, I am tired of the constant sirens and the news reports showing crime rising in our neighborhoods. I refuse to sit by while our community feels vulnerable. This is our home, and it is worth fighting for. We must reclaim our county from those who break our laws.

I am ready to fight for you. I have the veteran experience and the tactical know-how required for this role. I am not going anywhere; I will give everything I have to protect my neighbors and our streets. I am ready to serve.
