A New Chapter for Baltimore County
First, I want to thank (ELOHIM) the most high for giving me the opportunity and honor to serve the great citizens of Baltimore County. I also want to thank my loving wife of 26 years and our seven children for their unwavering support of my campaign for Baltimore County Sheriff. Together, we believe in a safer, fairer future for every neighborhood in our county.
From the Community, For the Community
I am a retired Baltimore City police officer with 32 years of experience in law enforcement. During my distinguished tenure, I was honored with the Bronze Star for Valor, alongside various awards and unit citations. I earned a bachelor's degree in government and public policy from the University of Baltimore and studied criminal justice at Stevenson University, academic pursuits that solidified my dedication to professional leadership and public service. Beyond my badge, I founded a successful carpet and construction cleaning business, where I managed operations and secured high-level contracts with firms such as Whiting-Turner. Following a line-of-duty injury and subsequent retirement, I felt a calling to return to the force as a specialist contractor, continuing my lifelong mission to support public safety and the city I love.
Currently, I serve within the Baltimore City Criminal Intelligence Section as an investigator for the CitiWatch camera program. I collaborate with officers, detectives, and federal partners to analyze video evidence, identify suspects, and develop robust cases for prosecution. Matthityah (Matthew) 7:24-27 teaches that a house built upon sand lacks a firm foundation and shall fall, but one built upon rock remains steadfast. My own foundation is the word of Yah (God), which endures eternally. Elect me to be your rock, and together we will build a safer Baltimore County.
